Day 01: Your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: (Morning Yoga class) Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara 5-6 hours by Private van / bus. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara. Breakfast provided.
Day 03: (Morning Yoga class) Pokhara to Nayapul 1 hour drive and trek to Tikhedhunga / uleri 1577m Overnight at Guest House. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided. On trek client Pratice their own Yoga and Meditation.
Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani. 2855m Overnight at Guest House. 2775m Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided.
Day 05: Hiking to Poonhill 3200m - back to Ghorepani, and trek to Tadapani 2675m. Overnight at Guest House. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided.
Day 06: Trek down to Chomorong, stay in Chomorong 1900m ? a beautiful Gurung Village. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided.
Day 07: Trek to hot spring (Jhinu) for natural hot bath and trek to Tolka, 1850m Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided.
Day 08:Trek to Phedi via Dhampus and drive back to Pokhara by van or bus. Overnight at hotel. Breakfast and Lunch provided.
Day 09: (Morning Yoga class) 1 hour boating of Fewa Lake and Davids Fall, Noon time fly back to Kathmandu Breakfast provided.
Day 10:(Morning Yoga class) Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley (Pasupati, Baudha Nath, monkey temple, and Patan Durbarsquare) later drive to Nagarkot for Overnight stay. Breakfast provided.
Day 11: (Morning Yoga class) Early morning see sunrise and mountain view and drive back to kathmandu, on the way do Bhaktapur sightseeing and shopping, evening farewell dinner with cultural programs.
Day 12: (Morning Yoga class) - Farewell departure to airport
* 5 Yoga and Meditation sessions will be held at suitable spots throughout the tour. Laughter Yoga and classes on "ABC's of Hinduism" will only be offered on limited tours in April.
